This Saturday (tomorrow :D) the good people of TrickGo are having an awesome 50 artist show, where each artist is given a different older LP to redesign however they please. Show flyer below.

I managed to grab one in time (they were flying out of TrickGo!) and add my own little spin to it.
Here's the before (that's my wife in the corner):

I decided this happy couple, after having have had watched the Philadelphia Orchestra, went back home, had a wonderful night, and woke up in their amazing Philly apartment. As you can tell by the skyline, it's around the year 2105 or something like that. 2106? I forget.

I used quite a couple of mediums, oil pastel included, and as you can tell from the above pic the city is divided into a few panels to give it a fake relief feel.

If you are not doing anything around 6-10pm tomorrow, Mar. 19th, head over to TrickGo at 1135 Pine Street in center city Philly, there will be coffee, beer and food. This piece will be there as well as 49 other LPs. As far as I've seen the other LPs are amazing (please click those words, they're awesome :D). It will be great to see how many different solutions all these artists are reaching. Be there people, it's gonna be foxy.
